Week 5, the end for us but the beginning for me.
Well folks, here we are at week 5! I honestly didn't know if I made a mistake when I took this on for my blog but I'll tell you, I feel like a new man! Rockin' the same dad bod, but I'll get there! The cravings are definitely still there (and probably will be) but I have an easier time grabbing a glass of water instead. I learned a lot about myself these past few weeks, most notably is my resilience when I put my salt to something. I am happy with myself and what I have accomplished, side note I am now down 4.6lbs (that's another 2lbs in just this week). My next steps include 2 things, staying strong and getting strong! I need to stay off the snacks (in moderation) and start to exercise. It may take some effort to find a routine I can do with my back but as I learned about myself here, ...
