Welcome Back, Post #2

Well, I made it through the first week and I didn't add to the "Dad Bod" at least. I spent way more than an hour if you include all the times I sat in the corner with my head between my knees telling myself "I can do this" or "Don't eat".

One word can describe me over the last week, HANGRY! OMG I need a snickers...

Ok I'm back, I had to go sit in the corner again! no candy bars for me.

I spent this week researching different diets like Keto, Paleo, Cleanse... And so many more but nothing sounded like the right fit for me. I decided to start by cutting portions, cutting snacking and positive thinking. So far the only thing I can say is I Positively despise this LOL

Ill be honest with you, I caved once.
And by once I mean for one day.
And by one day I mean I ate takeout for lunch...
And dinner...
And second dinner 😂
what am I, a Hobbit?

I've always been able to eat my own weight, and easily, so this is going to be harder than originally thought. I am hoping by week 3 that it will get easier, I read that it can take 18 days to create a new habit. 18 days is a long time! what I hope the most is it doesn't restart every time I cave. If so I'm at day 2 not 7...

See you next week!
