Hello and Welcome to All! 


I hope you enjoy this as much as I hopefully will, and join me on this journey to a healthier me. 

Who am I you might ask? Well, I’m just your friendly neighborhood mechanic. I have 3 young boys and have worked and lived all over the place. A little over a year ago, I sustained a pretty bad injury and this "dad bod" came out of nowhere. I'm now a bit sluggish and tired all the time. Quite frankly, I've just had enough of how I feel. 


How Can I Improve My Health? 


You may think "Hey, I can google that pretty easy!" Or simply say, "diet and exercise will help". However, this is going to be about more than just improving health, It’s about improving MY health. 

My Goals are simple: 


1. Reduce belly fat, size and comfort 
2. Feel healthier and more energetic 
3. Fit into my clothes from 2 years ago 

I hope to find out If I really can eat healthier, cut the snacks and find a routine that works for me. 

See, nothing crazy. Unless you love to snack, love food and can't do a lot in terms of exercise... Oh Shoot, that’s me!
