Well some things are getting better ( I keep telling myself) but for the most part I am exhausted all the time. I'm day 14 into this and I am still waiting for the "a healthier you is a happier you" stuff to kick in. I think I'm in actual withdrawal from junk food here people, who would have thought that to be a thing!

Ok, I did a little research and its actually a thing, they even did a study on it! In a LiveScience article by Cari Nierenberg published September 27, 2018, a "questionnaire was given to more than 200 adults who dieted during the past year by attempting to cut down on junk food." They reported symptoms all the same as quitting smoking, marijuana "such as mood swings, cravings, anxiety, headaches and poor sleep".

Ok well there you have it, I'm no alone. The thing I took away from the reading I did on LiveScience and HealthLine was that I need to detox better. A few weeks cold turkey and to tell myself "I will have it, just not today" are the things I need to keep going.
