Week 4 and Snack No More!
Well folks, I made it past the 18 day benchmark and its going alright. for those who are new here, I explored how it takes at least 18 days to create a new habit.

I'm down a couple pounds and feel a
little more energetic! Emphasis on
a little... We'll just say it takes less
coffee to keep me alive these days.

As for the couple pounds, It is only a couple. 2.4 to be exact... But its a start! I'm past the hard part, I go to the fridge and choose not to eat now. That's a huge deal! It feels like I can now tackle the job of getting into shape, one that's not round!
Ok so I'll sum it up, this path seems to have works for me thus far! Concentrating on my diet first and continuing on to getting in shape has given me the focus to stay dedicated, for the most part...
Curse you Costco for having such wonderful things!
